Today, July 19, the national agricultural product wholesale market shows minor adjustments in prices, according to data from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
The “Agricultural Product Wholesale Price 200 Index” registered at 117.01, marking a slight decrease of 0.04 points from the previous day. Similarly, the index for the “vegetable basket” products settled at 117.41, also down by 0.04 points compared to yesterday.
Specifically, as of 14:00 today, pork prices averaged 24.87 yuan per kilogram across the national agricultural product wholesale market, reflecting a decrease of 0.7% from yesterday’s figures. Conversely, beef prices saw a marginal increase, rising by 0.1% to reach 61.26 yuan per kilogram.
These fluctuations underscore the ongoing dynamics in the agricultural sector, influenced by various market factors and monitored closely by industry analysts and traders alike.
